ABOUT ME

Bonjour, I’m Anne — a yoga teacher, wellness guide, and founder of a movement practice rooted in presence, elegance, and connection.

My journey with yoga began when I was nine years old during long summers in Boston with my grandmother. Every morning at 6am — despite never being a morning person — I would join her in the quiet calm of a yoga studio. Those early mornings taught me discipline, mindfulness, and the transformative power of beginning the day through breath and movement. What started as a childhood ritual slowly became a lifelong path.

Although Paris is home, life has taken me across the world. I spent nearly twenty years living abroad between London, Madrid, Belgium, and Germany, experiences that deeply shaped both my teaching style and my understanding of wellbeing across different cultures and lifestyles. Today, I teach in English, French, and Spanish, creating classes that feel personal, inclusive, and internationally minded.

I began teaching yoga professionally in 2018, first within London’s corporate world, helping busy professionals reconnect with calm and balance amidst demanding schedules. Over time, my work naturally evolved toward more intimate and holistic experiences — working privately with women, mothers, families, children, and international clients seeking a more mindful and refined approach to movement and wellbeing.

Working with children has become one of the most meaningful aspects of my teaching. Certified in children’s yoga, I lead playful and mindful classes designed to support emotional awareness, confidence, coordination, and creativity in a joyful and natural way.

Today, alongside my private teaching, I work with wellness spaces including HEIMAT by Waris Dirie and Aja House Studio, offering immersive yoga experiences that blend movement, breath, atmosphere, and intentional design.

My classes are designed to be more than physical exercise. They are sensory, grounding experiences — combining fluid movement, mindful breathwork, curated music, and subtle aromatherapy to create a space where strength and softness can coexist. Whether teaching in a private home, luxury hotel, garden, studio, or retreat setting, my intention remains the same: to help people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels both nurturing and empowering.

Motherhood deeply transformed my relationship with yoga and wellbeing, inspiring a softer and more intuitive approach to teaching. While that experience continues to influence my work, my classes are open to everyone seeking movement, stillness, balance, and reconnection.

At the heart of my teaching is a simple intention: to create spaces where people feel supported, inspired, and fully present.

    Movement

    Vinyasa-based yoga flows personalised to your body and current needs, combining dynamic movement with mindful breathwork. Each practice is designed to help you feel grounded, present, and energised, while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Whether flowing slowly to restore or moving with more intensity, the aim is always to create harmony between body, mind, and breath.

    Connection

    A welcoming and supportive space for internationals and expats in Paris to come together and share in the practice of yoga. Beyond movement, it’s about building community — a place to connect, grow, and uplift one another through shared breath, mindful awareness, and moments of genuine human connection. Here, the practice becomes both personal and collective.
